I ordered them the day they were released and have had them held for me since this Monday. I've been anxious to get up there and pick them up before someone asked for them back! TNbourbon
A bottle of VWSR Lot B under $40 locally. Although that's $5-$10 more than I've ever paid, I believe it is generally $10 higher elsewhere anymore, so I bit. Only had one bottle, though -- which was both good (for my wallet) and bad (for my tastebuds -- Lot B may be outside my 'value ratio' anymore). Beakerboy
I just picked up the new Buffalo Trace experimental release. I had to go to two Liquor Barns to find it. I haven't tasted it yet though. I'll wait for when a guest comes to visit.

T Comp
A lonely and sitting there all by itself, old label WTRB-03-93, marked down to $24.99. Those damn Illinois taxes mean out the door at $28.86.
funknik
Grabbed a couple of regular Buffalo Trace bottles in NH yesterday. I wanted to get Julio's SB when I was down there (because it was very, very good), but it's $9 less in NH, so I went that route.
JamesW
I didn't pay attention when I was up there (my mind was on BTAC) but how much were they going for? I can get them around here for about $23 or $24.Grabbed a couple of regular Buffalo Trace bottles in NH yesterday. I can get them around here for about $23 or $24.They're $19.99, but they're only left in a few locales. What they did last year was get about 400 in stock in early Dec. and let the stocks dwindle over the course of the year -- they did the same thing with the Saz Jr.
fishnbowljoe
Since Thanksgiving time is near, I did some Turkey hunting today. I bagged two good ones. WT 101 and WTRB. Gobble till you wobble! :slappin: Joe
ShewDawg
Since I was not into bourbon back when the Wild Turkey Tradition or Tribute came out, I decided to pay up for the latest release of the "Tradition" in the 14 year version. I got it close to $100, so after seeing what some other places are charging for it, I feel like I had to pick one up. The box is rather large and it is a nice looking bottle, hoping it tastes even better going down.

For rye's I've mostly been drinking Ritt BIB, WTRye, Handy and Saz18 or RVWRye if I can get my hands on it of course. Also, have you tried the new R-i or whatever it's called?
