Finished off a bottle of OWA that I bought during the NAS controversy.

Trying to thin the herd on the bar.

Currently working on a Pappy 12yr Lot B. It's hard to find here in Indy...found two bottles last week.

Same here but getting antsy. Working on 5 bottles, all close to the end.

Yeah I got 5 bottles open now and they are getting low, 4 in a couple of hours.

Don't know what I am going to open yet, I'm thinking about some old school stuff like Centennial, Eagle Rare 101 or some Proprietor's Reserve.

BTW, for thread title requirements, I'm sipping some Jefferson's Reserve Presidential Select 17yo, neat.

You are right about that. In fact, ALL van winkles are hard to find in Indy !!!:hot:

A very, very, VERY enjoyable pour of Rock Hill Farms. This is simply a bourbon that I don't have a lot of experience with, as I usually balk at the price. (Though, I don't balk at spending 2X's as much on many other bottles. Go figure.)There is something very pleasing on the nose, (Teaberry gum?) I can see making this a regular in my rotation.

Started off the night at 4:02pm with a couple pours of WLW 09. This bourbon is definitely better on the second visit! :D

Having some JRPS while watching the Barrett Jackson auction on Speed. Nice relaxing way to enjoy a Friday night after a hectic work week.

Well, not bourbon at the moment. Stillbrook Corn Whiskey BIB; distilled 1970 and bottled 1976.

Nice, you got a pic of the bottle. I didn't want to admit it, but I've been working through a bottle of Mellow Corn BIB over the last week. Just simple goodness.

The OGD 114.

I'll have to be diligent as I can start getting off the rails on this stuff and it is Friday night.

That stuff has put me on a bowling alley floor dozens of times in dozens of ways.

I'm on the floor at a bowling alley every week. :puke: Maybe OGD 114 would be better for me than JB White. :slappin: JOe

Yep, OGD 144 has gotten me in trouble more than once.

 :skep: :smiley_acbt:

Oh well, like Homer Simpson says, "To alcohol, the cause of and answer to all of life's problems."

Last night I was sipping some Old Ezra 15/101. Then later in chat, Joe and Paul talked me into opening a WT Tradition that I recently bought. Wow, the Tradition is some very good stuff!
