HiroProtagonist
We spent July with family in Ohio and this is the stash that I picked up across the river at Party Source I was there and shipped home to Seattle. OGD 114 Willett Pot Still WT Kentucky Spirit AAA 10y single barrel EWSB 2000 MM 46 (5) FRSB FRSB barrel strength (2) FR yellow label I did a little bit of dusty hunting (with excellent guidance from sgtgto) but to no avail. Have to try more places next time.
ggilbertva
Just found out our illustrious ABC decided to stop carrying the EW BIB (white label). As cheap as it is, I wanted to land a couple bottles for the bunker. After the 3rd store looking for it I'm told "oh yah, VA isn't carrying that bottle anymore. It's been discontinued". Now, I don't think that means HH discontinued the white label, just that VA won't carry it anymore. I called one store who said they had a couple on the shelf so of course I made a beeline to said store to snatch them up. VA used to carry a number of Bottled in Bond brands, I think they are down to maybe two or three. The only ones I've recently seen are Old Bourbon Hollow (Beam) and OGD (Beam). Virus_Of_Life
Buddy buying whiskey in Japan got me the other box today and I like what he put inside! 2 more 1985 VW Ryes, 2 more Old Time Rye, Another first edition VWFRR and a L'ville Weller SR. Unfortunately, that is probably all for this year. Not pictured is a Four Roses SB I found locally for $34.99, a good price considering most are $44+ now. OscarV
Four Roses SB I found locally for $34.99, a good price considering most are $44+ now. When 4R's went national I think they set different prices for different markets. Here in MI and Chicago 4R1B is $39.99 plus tax and in KY it is still $29.99 plus tax.I save $10.60 per bottle picking it up in KY. Percentage wise that's a heck of a savings.

T Comp
Broke my virginity with American craft distilled whiskey and will bringing home from vacation in Colorado a Leopold Bros American Small batch Whiskey. I just couldn't pass up a whiskey described as pre-prohibition style, copper pot distilled and barrelled (but for how long ???) at 98 proof. Also the Leopold's, at least one of them, post to another one of the fine sites devoted to our beloved spirit and seem like the real deal.
spun_cookie
You know, what seems odd is I have not purchased any bourbon in months. Waiting on the bottles out of KBD, but that does not really count. Hmm, might be time to go do a little looking. Martian
I stocked up on Jim Beam Black that was $5.00 off the 1.75L bottles. I just love sipping this whiskey in fall and winter.
fishnbowljoe
Got off work early and visited my favorite (semi) local store. Their Weller SR isn't in yet, but they had MM 46 on sale, so I just had to buy one. Cheers! JoeFWIW, I've been diligently trying to finish some of the bottles I have open on my shelf. I guess I must have really been focusing on that a lot, because I realized on the way home, that this is the first bottle I have purchased in over a month.
4thecrue
Stopped by a kind of out of the way spot I go to when I can. They had Knob 1.75 s on sale @ 38.99 so I couldn't resist. I also nabbed a PVW15 for 49.99 not bad at all I'd say.
