Last dram from a Bulleit 10 year - enjoyed it, but won't replace it. @ $45, it was nice way to get another view of a 10 yr 4R, but there are so many choices out there from 4R I don't see a reason to buy this over those. A worthy choice in a bar though - had a nice spicy/fruity profile and a dry finish.

A bottle of W12 bit the dust. Thankful for a bunker, as this stuff appears to have disappeared from the shelves just as quickly as my bottle emptied!

Put down a '10 Stagg and then a CEHT Tornado, ultra low fill levels on both and it was due time though they will be missed back ups always waiting in the wings.

Lot B to the bin.

Still waiting to have a repeat of the one I had that was a black cherry bomb.

That was a great bottle!

To the bin with a KCSB (but thankfully had another to crack open and dig into)...

im down to 10.75 bottles now, running low....

i only have that much because i found it on 1/2 price clearance in May and cleared the shelf of all 13 bottles. great stuff!

That was a home run for sure! I'd feel a little better about the ECBP deal, knowing that I was stuck with that much KCSB, as I feel that it was the "sleeper" of the year so far...

Emptied an AAA10 year tonight. It was open for about 3 1/2 months so I enjoyed it over time. It will be difficult to replace since they don't sell it in Indy. Oh well, needed to clear some room in the bunker. I am sure that I will find a suitable replacement.

My Old Forester Birthday Bourbon (2006) bit the dust during the Bears game yesterday. I usually try to to stretch out bottles I really like, but this one lasted only five days. Yum.

I had been trying to stretch out my bottle of WSR7 from the mid 2000s but a few good sized pours this weekend emptied it out:(

This has got to be close to the top of my list of favorites if not the top! Good thing I have some in the bunker still:)

When I was in Indiana, I found a treasure trove of WSR7 and OWA7 on the shelves at two different locations.

I didn't know anything back then, so I only grabbed one of each. Man was that a mistake.

I feel for ya man. I actually found these in Georgia when I was traveling. I bought only one bottle, tried it that night in the hotel room and quickly went back to buy the rest of them on the shelf.

there are still a few WSR7's around, but the age stated 107's are long gone from what I can tell.

Finished up a Noah's Mill tonight. Perfectly good bourbon at under $50, but not one I feel the need to keep around regularly.
