Another Hirsch 22 bites the dust and a 4R EBSG select barrel.

H22 so nice and going so fast, opening another shortly.

Well LA-DEE-FREAKIN-DA!

Too much 22 year rye is a good problem to have. Cheers to the fallen soldier and the new friend as well!

I stashed away H22r enough for many years, luckily.

Finished a 2011 4RSmBLE clearing my 'what's open in my bar' for some dandies coming.

Just finished my first bottle of Henry McKenna BIB, gonna have to get another.

Nice, I was kind of surprised to see people trashing this one after I had a few pours last night.

Then again I've been drinking only HH gold label and EW BIB lately so understand my palate isn't primed with the high-fallutin' stuff :slappin:

I emptied a Blanton's tonight. Sad to see it go, and it will probably be a while before I buy another. Just a little too much money for what it is. Its horse was an A horse.

Powers John's Lane hitting the bin tonight. Had a lil gazebo help w this bottle. And have a backup waiting in the wings. Will try and make that one last a lil longer.

I had a very hard time making my PJL last very long at all. I didn't even have gazebo help. I could not stay out of it. I swear I know what a crackhead feels like now.

Emptied an AE that I bought back in the spring. A solid pour but not sure if I will buy another. There are a lot of other options that I prefer in the same price range.

Put down an Abe Bowman Last Millennium. I really do fancy that pour. Had a John J. after the Abe was gone, and it's a distinct drop off.

Head over to the rye section. There are some good comparison notes there already.
