z327
Not Bourbon but WP 11 111, need in glencarin need to close your eyes or they will burn. Powerful spicy flavor like a fist full of red hots. But lingers on your tongue and cools to a great finish. But you need to like Ryes for this one. Cooler with a cube but les fun.

ramblinman
Had a bottle of Templeton Rye that a friend gave me, figured I'd have a nice simple old fashioned with it, followed that up with a good pour of 1792. Still not a big fan of this one, but I'm at least appreciating it for what it is ans revisiting once a month or so to see how my tastes change in reference to it.Probably finish up with a OGD114 pour while I do a bit of reading for work. Alden
Well after the 114 I had some Dickle rye, then some Dickle 12. I know it's technically not a bourbon, but damn it's good.
GaryT
AAA 10 star. Not bad at all for the price.Couldn't agree more - perhaps my favorite for that price! But tonight - enjoying some Johnny Drum Private Stock, which seems to be hitting all the right notes

Wryguy
Just had a session at the bar. Started with PHC wheated, always so pleasing. Moved to HW16 rye, one of my top 5 ryes thus far. Then I got my buddy to vat the HW16 with the St. George Single Malt, batch 12. Made me almost forget about everything else I tasted. 50:50, this is a stellar vatting. smokinjoe
One of my all-time fave budget bourbons upon my return home after driving a 1,200 mile biz trip...Old Ezra 7 yr 101. As wonderful a whiskey as always...and performing wonderfully at easing the pain...
