KyFriedChicken
PVW20 x 5, WTR101 x 4, EWSB2000 x 3 I don't mind making space for a few that I know are great and hard - or impossible - to get anymore.Very nice Wall Eye. Definitely some favorites in your bunker. EWSB2000 is a steal for the quality. I bunkered about 5 of those myself. Great stuff.

Enoch
I don't bunker much modern stuff except maybe a half-dozen bottles of Pappy 15 & 20. I pick up any WT stuff from the 90s when I find it. But I do pick up most of the 80s and 70s stuff I find because I know I may not find it again.I decided to do a rough count of my favorites so here goes (all are pre-govt warning - 1980s or earlier unless otherwise noted):AAA 10 80 proof x12AAA 10 86 proof x7Beam's Black 101 months x6beam's Choice 8 year x9Benchmark-Lou x20EC12 x5EW 1783 10 - year (1990s) x16EW Black 7 year x6EB Black x26Fighting Cock 8 year x10IWH 80 prf x3IWH 86 prf x8JW Dant x10Jim Beam 7 year special reserve x8kentucky tavern (1970s) x4OC 7 year x8OC 10 year x13Old Forrester (various) x26OGD 114 ND x10OGD bonded ND x16OGD 86 ND x29Old Setter x13Old Taylor 86 proof ND x24Rebel Yell 90 proof x9WTKS (1990s) x4WTRB (1990s) x4WTRR 101 (1990s) x2WT Old No 8 (1990s) x5WT 8 year (1990s) x2WT 80 pf black label x5This does not include a bunch of singles that were too hard to write down. jeffrey r
So I decided to count my Weller 12's last night. Thought I had 6 or 7. It's actually 12 (oops...). Have plenty of other stuff bunkered, but that is clearly tops for me (V17 wheater is probably next at 4 bottles).
barturtle
I'm pretty sure the current leader in my bunker is Saz 18, something like 18 of 'em, with Four Roses Barrel Proof LE's following at around a case, then we get into a dead heat of WTRR101/VWFRR/Weller Cent/OCPR/ORVW10-107 Lburg/WT12/Handy/ER17/WLW/...so on and so forth around 5-6 of each of those... Phil T
It's kind of funny how you can get caught up buying, but never really keep track of what you're buying (even though you keep a spread sheet), until a thread like this appears. So you check the sheet, and say to yourself "are you fkin kidding me, I've bought that much????..I don't bunker to sell or trade, I bunker to be able to enjoy 20 yrs from now, God willing. So here goes:-various VW's x 38...long story, I just bought 35 bottles from one man who bought them to flip, found out its more hassle then worth, and I paid below MSRP...perfect. .:slappin:-FRLE's x 22...I loves me some FR's, 'nough said-HH BIB 6yr white x 20...the age statement is going away, so thanks to our most recent BOTY, its my most favorite summer frig pour-Ritt BIB DSP 354 x 15, its going to DSP 1 soon, I really dig the 354-FRSB standard TPS x18...last years bottling really hit my sweet spot, and at $28.50, a no brainer-Various AB's x 16...Truman (RIP) did some fantastic stuffAnd so many 8-12 bottles bunkered of one bottlingDrink, share, enjoy Edited May 10, 2013 by Phil T

devillighter
The most I have bunkered is ND OT 80 proof - a dozen 750s + some handles, which I picked up for $5 a piece. Most have torn or missing labels. For the price it is unbeatable.I tend to bunker for breadth rather than depth, with a decent amount of bourbon, whisky, and rum. If I find a good price on something I stock up... I have a decent amount of Ritt BIB, FRSBLE, GTS, WTR101, Appleton 12, and Mount Gay Sugar Cane Brandy. Also a bunch of Compass Box Asyla I picked up cheap for cocktails.
