Love the VW flipper story, it had a happy ending.

I have the largest amount of 4R Le's or various Wellers.

I feel like such a rookie...My bunker consists of one PVW 20. Everything else gets drank  Although I might pick up a bottle or two of the EWSB 2003 to keep around

Well, somebody can stamp SUCKER on my forehead... Though it's not my most plentiful bunkered bourbon, I do have several pre-ABV drop 90 proof Maker's Marks tucked away... Good thing is that I do enjoy MM and drink it regularly, so it ain't a complete bumble.

My duplicates- 15 bottles of Wild Turkey 101 Rye are my tops. Then there's the 3 bottles of Mellow Corn, 5 bottles of Old Heaven Hill BIB, 4 bottles of Pikesville Rye, 4 bottles of Rittenhouse Rye, 2 bottles of Old Forester Signature, 2 bottles of Elijah Craig 18, 2 bottles of Van Winkle Rye, 2 bottles of Johnny Drum Private Stock, and 5 bottles of Old Ezra 101. Oh, and a few gallons of Michter's from Schaefferstown PA in the form of various decanters and glass bottles- but that's more for display than consumption!

Oh, just a few gallons of Michter's you say, well I was impressed up until that point.

I have 10 bottles of FR Single Barrel from a barrel program purchase. I also have 7 bottles of Weller 12. I would like to increase the Weller 12 but my opportunity to do so is few and far between.

Drop down across the line to Indiana. W12 seems to be pretty plentiful at the moment.

You don't like Michter's I guess? Keep in mind this is the PA-produced stuff from yesteryear and not the Kentucky stuff of today....

Sorry Ethan, I was trying to figure out the quote box and dropped the last phrase off my post. What I meant to say was:

I was impressed up until that point and now I'm more impressed.

Haha. Ok, that makes more sense. I've yet to meet someone that doesn't like the old PA stuff. As for how I got it all- let's just say Craigslist, public sales, and word of mouth have been great places to find it. And being only 10 minutes from Schaefferstown, there's still some lingering around out there and decanters are abundant.

And I hope that it stays that way. I love W12. It and EC12 are quickly becoming faves. Where are you? I am in Pittsboro, just west of Indy.

Nobody here is happy with what we have. Have you seen the "what did you buy" threads!?

That's an excellent group of tasty treats.
