Phil T
Oregon state-mandated price for Ezra B single barrel is $25. And that rebate only got me $3 back. Anyway, make sure to let us know what you think! In our area it runs about 35 bucks. I haven't bought it in a couple years, don't know why, the bottlings I've had were from '05 and '08, and they were very yummylicious.
P&MLiquorsEric
Picked up a gift pack of FR SmB with a flask. No idea how long that has been around but figure you can't go wrong with that bourbon, it was the same price as the bottle alone and the flask spoke to me...Bet it was from last Xmas. That was the 4r small batch gift set. Cheap but neat flasks. Hinges are plastic. Single barrel had nice rocks glasses.
MauiSon
EWSB03 - the few retailers carrying it have bottles from only a single barrel, so I better try one to see if any belong in the bunker before they run out. adub23
Pretty good haul from Indy this week while I was there for work. This is actually my first taste of Weller 12 and after reading all the praise on this site, I decided to grab a couple bottles. Definitely was worth the trip! Also left another FRSB2013 on the shelf for someone else to enjoy. Didn't know much about the Old Charter 10 year but for 15 bucks, I figured I would give it a try. Jorgemu1
Tasting that ETL tonight along with two other ETL single barrel picks. Never done a comparison of different single barrel picks before. Should be interesting.
DrBob
I bought a bottle of corner creek, going on a cruise in December and want to see if I can pay corkage and slip it on board with the wine. I also bought an Evan Williams SB 2012 to line up with previously bought 2011 and 2013. Then, I bought a single barrel select Old Weller Antique 107 And Finally Found some Elijah Craig BP! Bought all three bottles even though I feel guilty for hogging the last three bottles in New Mexico. My bottles are all 134.2 Proof and it tastes pretty damn good! A pretty expensive day...
