I saw it for the first time also just the other week. So it's not a one off occurrence. I've yet to try it but I'm intrigued.

I'm not sure if it started with the new bottle style (no more arts and crafts supplies) or was before but it's part of their barrel program:

I'll try and get some tasting notes up this weekend, but the sample I had was smooth, loads of vanilla in the profile. Good value at the low $30's price I got it for.

2 more Parker's Heritage 6. This one gets mixed reviews but for the availability v. cost it is one of my favorites and is getting harder to find.

Went for a drive and came home with JPS17, ECBP, EWSB 1996 and 2000, and OFBB2011.

On my way home last night went by the butcher to get choice rib eyes stopped in one of my two main stores and picked up 2xEC12 for the bunker. She did say she was expecting some EC21 in next two weeks

Some things showed up on my doorstep today: VOB BIB, OHH BIB, and Old Tub BIB. The parents nicely brought them to me from their last KY trip. It was supposed to be the HH 6 year BIB, but hey, beggars can't be choosers.

I'm strangely interested in the Old Tub. I suspect it'll be a little more beefy white label, or a little less punchy Knob. We shall see.

I'll be tasting it alongside Booker's, Knob Creek, Jim Beam, and Old Taylor, so it should be a pretty interesting tasting.
