Last night, had some ER10 and some EC12. I really like the ER10. It was a 50ml that I saved from a bottle that I really enjoyed from about 9 months ago. I hope my next bottle is going to be as good.

I really enjoyed the EC12 as well. I've gotta admit that I had never enjoyed EC12 much at all until I've had ECBPs. The ECBPs have helped train my palate to appreciate this EC12.

Presently drinking a Four Roses private selection Single Barrel (barrel strength) OESQ at 119.2 proof. This is some great stuff and the fact that 4Roses offers so many of these exquisite private selections is a testament to the amount of great bourbon they're producing. Kudus Mr. Rutledge!

No. It's just that I've enjoyed about 2 bottles of the ECBPs so far and I have really enjoyed all the rich flavors that comes with it. So, the EC12s now tastes somewhat familiar and it has a subset of the notes that the ECBP has. I have come to enjoy those flavors even in a lower proof state.

Wild Turkey Kentucky spirit, pretty tasty, followed by a 50/50 Russell reserve 10 yr and single barrel. I think I am in love.

4R gift shop OESK, strange palate tonight, tasted great, but the barrel strength heat got to me a bit.

Makers at the hotel after a 15 hour day at the restaurant. A welcome reprieve with a simple bourbon. A bourbon so simple that if it came in old rip 10/90 bottles they'd be getting flipped for 100 credits online :laugh:
