Picked up a Bookers for $39. Not a huge Beam fan but thought it was a good price.

Bought another store-picked Dickel 9 yr. Just because they are running low and don't expect to see this again anytime soon.

Also a PHC - wasn't 100% sure I wanted another bottle but the store manager set it aside for me, and he's hooked me up with a lot of good stuff lately so I want to continue that relationship.

And a regular old Buffalo Trace. Remains my favorite everyday pour.

Wow - that's a great price! I'm thrilled when I can snag it for $47 around Atlanta.

Went into a store today that was going out of business. Today was there last day open. I asked the owner if I could look around in the back storage room for some bourbon. Found 5 WSR and 2 OWA paper label (7y) all handles. He let me have them for $25 apiece. Needless to say all of them came home with.

As an FYI. The nice folks at Diageo commented in Nov that they sold 300 or so of those barrels, when they initially expected 30 or so. Now that being said, they didn't specify if the same accounts, how fast they all get bottled, etc..

The prices are a little blurry on my phone...but they appear to all be double-digits (not triple-), so you've certainly spent less on those than some others have. Congrats on today's bounty!

I imagine so! I can't even believe they would put "Apple-Tini" on the counter much less on a shelf. I hope you bought the whole box. It was probably difficult to even see them with those old bottles of swill in the way!
