Got these five early last week, with a 10% discount I asked if I took all he had.

The 17 is one of my favorites. Enjoy.

They wear chicken buckets on their heads.

He was born in a coop, raised in a cage. Children fear him, critics rage. He's half alive, he's half dead. Folks just call him Buckethead.

Picked up a 4RSmB gift set with the mixer. Having a restful pour of this while my parents play with the kid.

Grabbed my 2nd PHC7 today (haven't cracked my first open yet). Set me back $100, but I keep telling myself that it's only a one time release...

I did the same thing, same price once you add in the tax. First time I've seen one on the shelves since it came out (when it was cheaper, and I didn't snap it up right away). Have since tried it at a friend's and really liked it. Passed initially, told my wife about it later, she said I should go for it, bless her heart. Somehow dinner turned out to be take-out Mexican food from a place close to the liquor store, and well, I just had to make a stop on the way to pick up the food.

Still see PHC7 on the shelves for $79, $89, & $99. Really enjoyed my first bottle so I think I'll get another if $79 is still there tomorrow.

I picked up a FR gift shop OESF and OBSV x2. The OESF is 120.2 proof and very good, I will be getting a coupkle more. The OBSV is 116.0 proof and very good as well with a thick, chewy mouthfeel. I see another trip to Lawrenceburg in my future very soon .

Not my own spot just yet, but I do kinda feel like Norm from Cheers when three of the gals said "Hi Dan" as soon as I entered the door .

Got his picture hanging up in the gift shop and everything.

I did hear about some changes taking place at FR. They are going to start charging for the tours and you will get to keep the FR Glencarin after the tour/tasting. Not sure when this will go into effect or how much the tour will cost, but wanted to give a heads up.

Heck of a smart way to move a few $100K in glassware! Seriously though, only reasonable given what they've invested in the campus.

Enjoy those world wide stouts! I had it on draught at a restaurant here and loved it, but when I asked about it in a local beer shop, I was laughed at...apparently it's hard to find in bottles.
