gobills23
Stopped into a large chain and inquired about the FR 125th Ann. and the manager had no idea. After a quick phone call to the general manager, the manager came back with both the FR 125 and Four Rose LESB 2013 that were sitting on someones desk and were not even in the system. I am pretty sure they were reserved for someone else, but squeaky wheel gets the grease.
garbanzobean
Old Rip Van Winkle 10/107, current bottling. It was pretty overpriced, but it could be worse ($69). I've never gotten to try it, so I figure it's worth it to try once. Also, a 4RSB Barrel Strength (High Times Wine exclusive, 10yr 8mo, OESO) that I ordered awhile back finally arrived via a friend in VA.

garbanzobean
This years is especially good to my preference. I think that is still worth it, IMO. CheersGood to hear! I generally enjoy the Weller series (WLW2013 is among my favorite bourbons ever . . . wish I'd gotten to try earlier years), so I don't think I'm going to hate it or anything. The next cheapest price I've seen it on the shelves for is $150, haha.
tylermke
Purchased a few FR Barrel Selects at Binny's for the SB event. OESO and OBSV made the trip home safely. Pairing nicely next to the OESK I grabbed last time I was there.

Tony Santana
Poking around, saw a 2001 EWSB on the shelf, so I had to snap it up. Not that I have any idea whether I could even tell the difference between it and the current offering, but I already have 2002-2004 in the bunker, so what the heck. dSculptor
Found me a J.T.S.Brown bib ,and a OHH bib at the Binny's store, the jts tasted good, but can't taste the OHH due to foreign object in bottom of bottle.Oh well....:shithappens:
sutton
Bought a FRSmB over the weekend and really enjoyed it. Hadn't had a bottle in a bit over a year. Went back today to pick up two more and there were only three on what had been a very full shelf. Me thinks I need to bunker some FR ... $26 for this basic bottling that has a ton of flavor has to be going up soon.
upStomp
Had a case of 4RSB "mysteriously" show up at my door yesterday. To my Wife after she signed for it: "Gee, Honey, I'm not sure what that could be."

horn1602
Thanks to the generosity of another SBer who helped me locate them, I walked through my front door today with 2 brand new shiny OFBB '13! It's a week early, but I will likely be celebrating my '14 birthday with them! As a side note, I also grabbed an ER10 barrel select - meh (not really, but I'm super excited about the others right now)
OldKentucky
Went to one of the the large stores in the area because I had heard that more Weller 12 was distributed. The cashier informed me that the had a couple cases come in and they were gone within 24 hours. Can't believe how hard this is getting to find. Fortunately found one at a smaller store still sitting on the shelf.
DrBob
a barrel select of Buffalo Trace. Store had a fresh barrel in and said they ordered two, and will get the second in when the first runs out. Now that's planning for the rolling brownouts... smokinjoe
...rolling brownouts... Now that's dang clever! I love it. In the past few days, I re-upped on a MM46 and a Stagg Jr. Though not bourbon, just had to get an Old Punk, too.

Pudsky
Picked up another E. H. Taylor Barrel Proof today. Traded my first two. Have not even open one. Should a bought the last one that store had! Anyway, this one will be opened this week sometime. I really like the small batch and single barrel. The barrel proof better measure up!
