It has become surprisingly hard to find this in stores.Weller 12 - I got the last bottle from their case. Sounds like it stayed on the shelf about 2 days.Rittenhouse Rye BIB DSP 354 - not bourbon, but now I can try the side by side people are talking about. hn4bourbon
Picked up a bottle of booker's batch 2013-7. Read somewhere online that these are extension of the 2013-6 but not verified if the same folks were involved. Will open this as soon as I can get over a cold. Tony Santana
Hey Tony, what is VOS 11 yr.? Never seen that one around here before,at least I dont think I have.Smooth Ambler Very Old Scout. As opposed to the Old Scout. To my knowledge the VOS has only come out in 11, 14 and 19 year versions, but I'm willing to be corrected if that's mistaken. I don't know if they've been coming out with any new VOS lately, so it's getting increasingly rare, at least around here.

But I don't know the credentials of the guy behind the table.

I have had more booker's to my dislike than like. The good pours that I've had were really really enjoyable. Hence, the gamble:)
Renegator
Not a purchase, but thanks to the generosity of a fellow GBS member - I was finally able to get my hands on a bottle of ETL. It is a private selection so I am very excited to try it.
