Of course, the OWA is for the "house" blend.

OWA. I've seen nothing but empty shelves with price tag place holders around here. Luckily I noticed there was only one in stock on the ABC Wine & Spirits site the other day and placed an order for pickup!

The tide swept in and scattered the Jefferson Ocean II across town and so of course I took one for the team. Don't everyone PM at once trying to find your own bottle! :slappin:

It is at least a bit higher in proof at 90 than the original ended up being at 82.3.

Also decided to follow up on my rash decision to try the Michter's 10yo Bourbon and got offered a Bookers 25th in the process. Just out of curiosity I added a regular Booker's for comparison. Couldn't find the 2013-6 batch so I settled for the 2013-7 batch which seems to be everywhere at the moment and Chuck suggested they also might have had a hand in picking.

FINALLY! The first of the 'new' release of Evan Williams SB Vintage (2004) came in at my local purveyor of spirits. So, I scooted down and grabbed up a couple. I've never been disappointed with this release. Some have certainly shined, while a couple were less stellar; but always unique, while still in the 'family' style. Looking forward to sampling in a few days.

grabbed a HH6BIB while at the drugstore today, so i can bring the bunker of it back to an even case. it's gone up about 5% since last time.

Picked up a bottle of one of the Orphan Barrel line (Barterhouse). Also got a bottle of Old Scout and CEHT Barrel Proof.

I picked up the EWSB 2004 vintage and personally like the 2002 and 2003 better, this one seemed a bit bitter but maybe was just that particular barrel.

Just popped into my favorite local store to get some rye for cocktails and happened to see an EC Barrel Proof. I passed on it last year and wasn't about to now. They had 2 randomly on the shelf so I grabbed one...and some Old Overholt for my old fashioneds...

Ordered a case and a 1/2 of VOB BIB/6 1.75s. That is quite a bit ~15 L. I expect it will last me quite awhile, esp since I live on the other side of the world. Lol. Now I am trying to pick up some Old Fitz BiB, but it is tough going unless I want to pay 100% shipping :S

I was thrilled to find my first bottle of EW BIB. Sometimes stumbling across a new affordable bottle is more satisfying that trying to track down a limited release or allocated bottle.

Grabbed 2 AAA 10yr. Left 3 of them. $18.99 1L at one liquor store and based on a tip in this thread grabbed a Booker's 25th for $99 last one. But then again i thought I bought this place out of PHC7 and they had 2 in the case today so who knows.

Just picked up a BTEC 125 Rye. Local store seems to have all of the 2014 BTEC. Might go back to complete the collection.

The 4 bottles in the back came home with me over the past few days. This was a single barrel pick done for a WI distributor. It's an 8yr at 122.8 proof and is absolutely delicious.

And as good as they are, a few of these are finding their way to new SB member homes.
