fishnbowljoe
Had to go out today anyway, so since I was in the area, I decided to stop by a favorite semi-local store. I tasted their private selection of Weller SR a few weeks ago, and decided to purchase a couple. It's pretty darned good IMHO.:yum:
Red One
Picked up a bottle of Col EH Taylor Single Barrel and a Hirsch Small Batch. My son and I drained the CEHT a few weeks ago and nearly did the same with the Hirsch while watching the Super Bowl last week, so it was time to replace. SqueakScolari
Found a bottle of RR 1792 8 yr AS. Scooped it up. Haven't decided to bunker it or do a SBS with the NAS. Has anyone had both?

J-Brew
· Hidden Hidden This will be my first time trying it. I'm really looking forward to doing a side-by-side comparison with Blanton's and Buffalo Trace and Eagle Rare 10. I've always enjoyed Blantons a bit more than the others I just mentioned, since I tend to enjoy rye. Hopefully I like it as much or more than Blantons, since it's so much cheaper. Link to comment

Tucker
Yesterday I picked up some FRSB OBSV and OBSO from the gift shop. Oh, the temptation of the FR gift shop bottles. It's a good thing for my checking account that I don't live that close to Lawrenceburg.

Tony Santana
Bought a cabinet yesterday to store my bunkered bottles all in one spot, gathering them from the closet floor, the garage, etc. And, with the encouragement of my wife, believe it or not, went on a little run to start filling up all that extra space. Found several good prices, and I'm now working on the theory that it ain't gettin' any cheaper. Rare Breed, Old Scout 7 year, Jefferson's "Very Old, Very Small Batch", Rock Hill Farms, Old Forester Signature and a handle of Makers.

rndenks
This appeared late last night via Florida from a recent vacation by my parents. I think I was the only one thankful they had a day of rain, so they could check out a couple of shops. Cannot wait to crack these open this evening for a "little taste". GTS was $100 an Lot B was $80. I know that is a bit over MSRP, but this is the first chance I have ever had to get my hands on any BTAC or VW products.
