What Bourbon did you purchase today? Winter '13-'14

Still see the occasional OC10 in the wilds of New Mexico, and a fair amount of OC8 in stock as well. Saw my first bottles of "8" today I did buy a few bottles of OC 10 awhile back as I like to vat it with Charter 101.

Thank ya. Wish i could stumble across OC10yr. Got a friend that bought a lot before it disappeared around here but is running low.

All Different, they range from 109.8 to 117.7.. With the way bourbon has been going, as soon as I decide I like something I buy every bottle that is available.. As god forbid you mention you like something, the price seems to immediately double

it is Kentucky Legend, the only Barrel Proof/Single Barrel turkey has put out (that I know of)

I've only had RR 10/90 once, and it didn't taste anything like typical Wild Turkey to me. So if you don't usually like WT, you might like it.

Picked up a W12 today. Was going to share the love with some W12 deprived brethren here and was shut down. 1 per customer. I've seen this behavior before. It reminds me of being in the pharmacy when a new stock of psuedo ephedrine arrives. ;-)

I picked up the bottles of Barterhouse in Chicago. MSRP was $75 but they were selling them for $65.99. They were also selling Old Blowhard for $130.99

pretty sure diageo is going to interpret this as the bourbon market cooling. (fingers crossed)

Picked up another bottle of George dickle 14 "Binnys" edition and a bottle of the barterhouse from the lakeview Binnys. Given the supposed rarity of the orphan juice, they must have had 6-8 cases just sitting there waiting for people like me to spend $79.99 on. I'm opening mine tomorrow. Who knows, maybe I'll post my first SB.com review ( don't expect a masterpiece )
