mbroo5880i
I would still like to know what the MSRP is on those. It's typically $70. I guess I can call and find out. The lower proof 4RSBs I've had tend to be better than the higher proofed bottles. The higher proofed bottles are still good but are really hot and need a little water. ...but that's just me... mbroo5880i
Picked up a handle of OGD BIB, a 2004 EWSB, a 4RSB OESK 9y8m at 55.9, and a 7yr OldScout at 56.5.
jwvoytus
Pure Kentucky XO, 10 year, bottled in 2004. I have to say it's pretty solid. I think a little air will help it meld its flavors. Lot of brown sugar on the nose, but not too hot at 107.

Memphis
Nice variation. I love OESK and that is a nice proof. Curious, I assume the SA OS is a store select. Where did you get it?Busters in Memphis, TN. The 4R they chose is excellent, this is my third grab.

GaryT
Turn a credit card processing fee from an expense into revenue AND make it easier to lie to the IRS.But to your point - CC customers (like me) would never cast a shadow there. I don't mind even paying a 2% upcharge for credit (several stores have different prices), but I never carry that kind of cash around, nor would want to have to pull from the bank for a purchase. Budgeting becomes a lot more challenging, although you make great points on the benefit of that lack of traceability from the business perspective. Must not have a lot of CC only customers! tanstaafl2
The lowest price I've seen it for is $94.99 so $99.99 seems to be the norm. I wish my bottles were 120+ proof. Both of mine are 109.6I would still like to know what the MSRP is on those. It's typically $70. I guess I can call and find out. The lower proof 4RSBs I've had tend to be better than the higher proofed bottles. The higher proofed bottles are still good but are really hot and need a little water. ...but that's just me...I would love to have the ability to be picky about what proof I get or even better get several different proofs to try but they didn't give me much option. It was 123.2 or 123.2! I picked the 123.2. :skep:
sob0728
ECBP devil's batch. $38.99. I was surprised to see the bottle and the price.
GerryM
· Hidden Hidden Agreed, with your general sentiment, but I would have done the same thing as Guy. Scarcity in the bourbon world is a strange thing. I find myself stocking up on relatively standard bottlings now because "what if there is a shortage" or "I might not be able to get it again" or the price is only going up." Link to comment
TunnelTiger
Woohoo. Just got a call from one of my dealers that she has received some ECBP. Will stop by there on my way home and pick up that little puppy!

GaryT
· Hidden Hidden Lovely pour of a private pick of OBSV. "dusty dark chocolate/powdered chocolate" the label says . . . and that is spot on. Link to comment
TunnelTiger
Slipped out and got the ECBP, 134.8. She only received 3 bottles and is holding the other two for other customers. While I was there I picked her last bottle of ETLCom and another bottle of Barterhouse. I know this hasn't received much love here but it's right in my wheelhouse. To fill out the box I got my first bottle of EWSB04. I really enjoyed the 02 & 03 so hoping this one hits the spot too.Another bottle of the new WTRB. For $30.00 this is a great pour. She finally got in her shipment of OGD114. New priocing is $29.99 just like my other dealers. Oh well it's just too good to boycot it. Would suprise me if it hits $39.99 this time next year.Good news is she is expecting the 4RSmbLE14 next week. I put in for two bottles if available.
