dcbt
Passed on a bunch of Barterhouse at my local Costco! As much of it as ive seen, im wondering how rare the juice inside is....It's not at all. Someone posted something somewhere (vague enough hah?) showing bottle number 85,000ish out in the wild.

fishnbowljoe
Vacation time, and I'm on the road. Bought bottles of Jeffers Creek and BT at Premier Liquors in Buffalo NY last weekend. In Massachusetts now. Stopped at a very nice store yesterday that had a shelf full of ETL. I bough two bottles. One for me, and one for my brother. My birthday was last Sunday, and my brothers birthday was Wednesday. Happy Birthday to us! Cheers!

garbanzobean
ECBP 134.8 for $59. Left an indeterminate number behind the counter. A dustier bottle of WTRB WT-03RB that I am guessing has been on the shelf for a few years. Wanted to try it before it is usurped by the newer batch completely. Kyjd75
Father's day came early. Wife and I made a trip to Willett, where I picked up a bottle of 10 yr WFE and a bottle of the new 2 yr made by Willett rye. This was the first day the rye had been available for sale. One note: no wax on either bottle:
Phil T
Very nice. Interesting that the rye doesn't say Straight Kentucky, like the bourbon. How much for the rye, please?
Chi-Town
Just picked up a Stagg Jr. Haven't tried it yet. Looking forward to enjoying a pour for Father's Day!It's good stuff but the Sr. Is way better
mbroo5880i
Nothing today but I did pick up an EWSB '04 for $18.99 at Costco in Fort Wayne earlier in the week. Normally, I wouldn't mention this since it isn't a noteworthy release but I found the price extraordinary for a nice bottle of bourbon. I really like EWSB. Yup, it's worth the 55 bucks retail, don't fall to. One of those jokers selling for $100, not cool
Renegator
Grabbed a bottle of SOAS 7 year and a private selection SOAS 8 year at 107.8 proof. Excited to try SBS along with the 10 year.
z327
Herman Marshall private barrel selection at Segals in Dallas. Barrel #112 is very fine and a bargain at $39 on sale. I prefer their Rye over their small batch bourbon, but found this single barrel to be very special and enjoyable. One of my car buddies brought it to our annual car gathering in Branson a few weeks ago and it was one of the favorites out of the 20 bottles we brought. The Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon was also incredible. I may have to have another sip of both tonight to get tasting notes.
dcam1075
Just grabbed a bottle of Chestnut Farms, don't know a ton about it. Planning on cracking it open later this evening. Anyone tried it and have any feedback? I can't tell if it is really a BT product. The cork and proof wrapper on the neck is identical to my Col E H Taylor bottles.
