Willett Family Estate Single Barrel Release Spreadsheet

I started this spreadsheet a couple weeks ago, adding info that I had, got from others and found at places like LAWS. Over 170 releases cataloged so far, with untold hundreds of previous and future releases to come. Will probably never be complete and sadly despite some small patterns, there is no rhyme or reason to WFE's barrel numbering system it seems.

Please add any info you have for either new entries or additional info for incomplete entries to this thread and I will add them to the sheet. Keep in mind that Willett reuses barrel numbers sometimes so you may have a # for an entry that already exists with drastically different info. In that case both barrels are listed as separate entries.

i too have a WFE 8 year #496, 121.3 proof. 118 bottles to the barrel. purpley-brown wax. Bought in Evansville, IN in november 2013.

I haven't been including the 110 proof ryes, their regular release. Usually 4 or 5 years old, green wax, was KY juice and now is Indiana. I assume there are tons and tons of them, as these bottles are semi available regularly.

So I have just been doing store selections. There are some young ryes on this list, but you will notice they are barrel proof and selected by a store.

JKLS I've got four not on your list to add:

1) Barrel #C40A 20 yr 136.8 proof, purple wax, 89 bottles, Gift Shop purchase in '13.

2) Barrel # 4215 8yr 117.5 proof believe it was a Crossroad Vintners selection but the bottle is recycled.

3) Barrel # 1321 8 yr no further info bottle recycled.

4) Barrel # 1300. This is a duplicate number, but mine is a 10 year not 7. 144 bottles. No Pacific Edge sticker. But coincidentally mine also has silver wax and the proof is 123.1(compared to 123.4 on the one you list).

Looks to be the same bottle on your spreadsheet but this was a Gift Shop purchase and the SS says Pacific Edge.

@LCWoody, I couldn't read the bottle number on the middle 7yo bottle of your second picture. It looks like it says 0415, which would be odd since none of the other bottlings start w/ zero, but then again it's Willett so rhyme and reason have no place in the bottle numbering algorithm.
