petrel800
Wait...wha? You mean Elmer T Lee Commemorative or did I miss something? This is actually brilliant, think of the bourbon confusion we can cause the lurkers . . .Tonight I'm having some of my favorite from the Parker's Antique Collection . . . George T Weller Blend of Mashbills. Tasty stuff.
elmossle
Spent some time unpacking the bar after our move and figured, a nice pour of EC22 was just the right selection for the night cap.

ewj
weller 12 for starters, always felt like it had a flat taste but this time (decanted after bottled had been open for half a year) it's surprisingly good!
GaryT
Some "modified" AAA 10-star. I experimented a while back with something Ralfy had a vlog on (toasted a birch stick and soaked it in rum and Frangelico, then toasted it again, etc). It does add a different dimension, but wouldn't say it "improved" it. I'll drink the results, but won't bother trying on others.
ewj
charter 101, only had a 1L and 0.7L so far and the 1L is so superior! pvw15 now, always a pleasure.

squire
I believe there is scientific evidence to the effect chilli is a nutritionally perfectly balanced food the exclusive intake of which results in good health and long life. The same studies show that a proportional amount of Bourbon must be consumed as well in order to reap the full benefits.

BootsOnTheGround
Your last bottle?I got a handle in a trade and decanted the final 750. My first and likely last as even the KY guys are now saying its a goner. And those who have it in their bunker likely have guard dogs on it 24/7. I would. bin31z
Sipping on some Willett 2 yr Rye. Excellent stuff! Great nose and taste. Really makes me question if all that aging is necessary when 2 yrs makes this stuff taste so good.
thebwood
Knob Creek Single Barrel. I bought this one a couple week backs after a thread here on SB made me wonder why the heck I don't have a 9 year old, 120 proof expression of Beam.Man is this a big bourbon. Very sweet delivery, with the signature KC heavy oak and spice finish. I must have snagged a particularly good barrel, because there is damn near zero alcohol burn. Hard to believe its 120 proof. I've had many a regular KC bottles with more heat than this one. I'm impressed.
