I have not been able to find this anywhere in Maryland, came down to the Delaware shore for holiday today and found it in the first store I walked into. I went in to pick up a bottle of Pimms and came out with this as well. Should be a good one for a couple weeks at the beach!

Knob Creek single barrel and Laird's BiB apple brandy. Enjoying the apple brandy very much right now!

Good to see we helping each other but probably best for the next time to share this friendly information through PM instead.

That's some sound advice.

Picked up the last bottle of Eagle Rare on the shelf which has the paper front label, the 10 year collar tag, in a local liquor hut for about $30.

Not a huge catch. but amusing for today.

I think it's a slightlypost-11006-14489821284063_thumb.jpg older packaging style than the one I've had.

Picked up the last bottle of AS 6yr VOB BiB that I believe is around where I live. Also a SAOS 7yr which was actually on the shelf and the first time I have seen it in the open without having to ask my store to get it from the back.

Thought I was going to make it out of a local w/out anything until I checked the glass at the counter. Sitting pretty was a row of SAOS SB cask strength. Oh, well....I almost made it!

Just grabbed another Baby Saz in the city for the bunker and a Blanton's and Stagg Jr. this weekend out in the burbs for both under $50. Time to do a side by side on the Sr. and Jr.

Breckenridge is making, or rather sourcing, a rye now? Or do you mean the "high rye" (56/38/6) bourbon they reportedly make?

Or perhaps you mean the Redemption BP rye sourced from MGP?

I am soooo confused!

I ordered 3 bottles of Baker's 7 Year and they sent Booker's 7 Year by mistake, did I gain or lose.

Bookers is more expensive, but honestly not sure if you dilute Bookers to 107 proof if you get the same thing (or a close approximate) of Bakers. I prefer Bookers personally, but Bakers has recently seen a lot of praise.
