dcbt
What is the world coming to? Seriously. Minimum 1 with any other purchase would seem more appropriate to me.
johnnybogey
The great start to my weekend last night, continued today. I headed out this morning with my wife to do a little shopping. One of my fellow bourbon Ho's gave me a call to let me know that one of our local stores got some Weller 12 in. Gary had them hold a couple of bottles for me, so I headed right over to pick them up. Decently priced at $31.99 each. I also saw my big boss from work while I was at the store. It was his birthday. He had a few bottles of wine picked out. I tried to talk him into some bourbon, but sadly he declined. Cheers! Joe

z327
Took a road trip for some antiquing or junking as we call it and stopped in Longview for some liquor shopping a stumbled upon a fresh shipment of Weller 12. Apparently BT has done a new allocation. I got case pricing on 11 bottles so $22 a bottle after taxes. Don't worry I left a dozen bottles at the two other stores I shopped. texaspete
I have been showing up weekly at three different stores for the last two months trying to get some weller 12, or even OWA. I'm making friends, because I always end up walking out with something else. The shortage of weller 12 is really causing some unintended storage problems for me. Creggor
Ok First week of March 2014.. I purchased two additional bottles of Orphan Barrel Lost Prophet and a Bottle of Makers Mark Cask Strength.. Opened the Makers.. I liked it.. Called my store and had them set aside two additional bottles.. I also bought a bottle Orphan barrel Forged Oak.. I tried to get more.. However my local go to store only was able to give me One Bottle.. Seems it is being allocated.. Cheers Creggor
flahute
Two more bottles of ECBP. With 4R PS bottles now in the $72+ range (before our insane taxes) I'm pretty much out of the market for those now. I figured I'd better grab some more ECBP while it's still $56 because it's a superior bourbon and one of the favorite pours for me time and time again. I know what I'm getting with it. 4R is now a crap shoot at the current price. I know they will all be good, but hard to say if they are all $72+ good. smokinjoe
Picked up a bottle of 1792 with the new label design today at lunch. I look forward to seeing how it compares to the old age stated version. Can it really be as bad as many have said? I will say this, I think the new design on the package is stunningly beautiful. They did a great job, IMO. Yep, I like that kinda stuff.
