BB Slim
The local ABC is starting to run low on their FRSB store selects. I am really enjoying them so I bought two OBSK's, an OBSQ and an OESO. The word from management is when they are gone they're gone but even if this is just a manipulative sales pitch I'm happy to have them.
kcgumbohead
Store select standard 4RSB and non store select 4RSB are always 100p/OBSV and have in my experience ranged in age from 8-9yrs, lately I have seen a couple sub 8s which I don't ever remember seeing but no matter, store select 100p OBSV is a thing of the past, the standard SB will only be the factory release going forward. 35.00 is and has been the going rate at least in GA for a long time now so that seems right on target. If you enjoy it, stock up.100 proof. Thus far, I've tried OBSV and OBSO and liked the OBSV the best. The label didn't show the recipe so asked the manager who proceeded to show me three sample sample bottles all labeled OBSV showing the various specs such as age, warehouse location, etc. pretty neat stuff. Anxious to try this one. They still have boatloads!!! All sitting on the actual barrel they purchased. If I like, will go back for more to bunker some. At $34.99, can't beat the price especially for these parts where some places are charging over $50. Any members in the Stamford, CT area want to know the store name, let me know. They also have Jeffersons store select, eagle rare store select and buffalo trace store select.

Richnimrod
Well, not today... but, yesterday, I snagged a couple bottles of Weller 12-yr. New to Michigan, and just in time, I might add.My last bottle of W12, from KY last fall, is almost gone. Now I have one to make up some SB blend, and one to bunker for later. bjhowell
Picked up another bottle of William Wolf Pecan Bourbon. I generally hate anything flavored, I like my bourbon to be bourbon flavored. But this stuff is delicious. Maple and pecan essence. Like a pecan pie in a bottle.

suntour
That's a recipe I'm looking for. Let us know how it is.I picked up a Four Roses mini today. I have been buying them one at a time, hoping that one day I'll be able to fill them with 10 recipes as functional display piece. Half way there. At modern prices I'm definitely not against trading for a few samples to get there.
BonVivant84
Grabbed a OESQ aged 10 year 8 months for the bargain price of $49.99. Opened it right away and loved it. Lots of cherry on the nose. Over all kind of reminded me a bit of Parker's Promise of Hope with the floral hit.

Tony Santana
Was in Chicago and stopped at the Binny's on Grand. MMCS (not yet available here), Larceny (ditto), OWA (only 3 left on the shelf, I grabbed one, they've been noticeably absent around here as of late) and a 4R OBSQ (I'm up to 7 of the recipes now). There were actually 3 different store select options, but only one bottle of the OBSQ, so I figured that someone must have thought it was good. I have not heard of nor seen that one on the shelf. History? Also, I really love the taste of the OC8 just wish it was at a little higher proof. The OC101 is awesome!
