Another BT hit the side lines tonight. I think I have gone thru half of my 10 bottle hoard I brought back from my IN trip in July.

Friends and football have conspired to kill a bottle of Blanton's in the past 26 hours.

I think I'm going to need a Bloody Mary (or two) to get the day started off on the right foot tomorrow. :D

BT Single Barrel Select is gone thanks to some thirsty neighbors at our annual block party . . . no complaints.

Killed a HHSS SB#1 last night with the help of some friends.

Too many great whiskies on the table to get to em all, Country! :D. So, I didn't have a hand in puttin' that puppy down. But, I put a dent in a bunch of others! Thanks for hosting a great time, and that bacon bread thing was awesome. Always great to get together with everybody.

Indeed! Great food spread as well which made me sorry I had eaten before I came.

Sent another RHF to the recycling bin last night. RHF goes dang quick in my house, but I have a few more in the bunker fortunately.

1st store select 4r I've seen in these parts. Not too shabby.

Never dropped in on Riverside before. Nice selection?

TT,

They have the usual suspects. I have been told by an Riverside employee that either the manager or manager's spouse is a bourbon lover/collector. So very few special releases or limited releases find their way to the shelf. I snagged a few CEHT's and PH before they became popular. Prices are on par with the surrounding stores. They have an awesome wine selection. I will be buying a few more of their 4R SS. They also have a GB SS. But it's pushing $90 a bottle!

So is Dalton ur shopping ground? I visited a few stores down there a few weeks back. Amazing the difference in their selections vs Chattanooga. Chattanooga is supplied out of Athens, TN. I was told that Dalton is supplied out of Atlanta.

Sad to see this Blanton's Gold go. It was most excellent but fortunately the availability of these is actually quite good around here. Still have an almost full bottle of Straight From The Barrel that will serve me well in the meantime.

A true and classic thing of beauty! Congrats to you OD, I'd be drinking the hell out of them if I were you!

Finished the PS WTKS tonight. Caught quite the buzz celebrating the Panthers going to 6-0 for the first time in history! Very out of character for me...
