Seem to lose more bottle around the holidays. Had 3 call it quits on me this weekend. A very good JR GS Selection of OESO from Four Roses, a bottle of Barterhouse and a liter of OWA all dry tonight. Fortunately I have many others to replace them in the bunker, unfortunately I have a few more bottles that I don't think will make it to see 2016.

Cleared out a 2013 4RSBLE that I left at my little cousin's house during his Xmas dinner party. Arrived in the nick of time to get the final pour since they started long ahead of me.

Also opened and drinked an older bottle of Michter's 10 year bourbon and an ECBP 8th.

Put away another EC12 Single Barrel store select last night. The bar is starting to look a little empty and it is time to bring some players in off the bunker bench and into the game.

My brother and I during the Holidays killed the following bottles.

01) Col. E.H. Taylor Jr. Small Batch

02) Col. E.H. Taylor Jr. Single  Barrel

03) Old Forester 2015 Birthday

04) Rock Hill Farms

05) Knob Creek Single Barrel

06) Weller 12

07) Single Oak Project

08) Four Roses Single Barrel OESK

These were all full when we started and there are several more that we opened but still have some left in them. All in all an outstanding good time.
