elmossle
Had to say goodbye to first bottle of BTAC that a friend and fellow SBer found me a few years ago. '13 WLW had served me well and it was time to put it to bed. Thanks for the memories.
OldDrinker1978
Another one gone. Good pour but I think I prefer Knob Creek which is also 10 Euros less here in Germany. So I probably won't buy it that soon again.
O'DubhGhaill
Sad to see this Blanton's Gold go. It was most excellent but fortunately the availability of these is actually quite good around here. Still have an almost full bottle of Straight From The Barrel that will serve me well in the meantime.I thought the Gold was only available in international markets or Duty Free - are you stateside? If so, where are you getting he Gold?Edited to add: after a search, I see that you are indeed not stateside. I hate you! fozzy71
Since I just emptied most of the OGD114 and BT bottles I had open for a 750ml mingle of BT:114 at 3:1 those bottles will be emptied shortly for the first pours of the night and and any leftovers in the bottle from those first pours will go into my last pours decanter to help refill it. zzziippyyy
FR small batch, it sure was tasty. I think I will keep this as an empty nice bottle with a solid wood cork stopper.

Sights set on a blantons now.that's a never ending battle for me... after the latest purge almost everything left is nearly full, 100+ proof, and $50+ per bottle so the next few weeks should be fun and hard to remember. :drinking:

-icon-
Bottles of W12 and ETL will likely be hitting the bin in the next night or three. RIP. Thankfully have reserves
Fort Knox
Went on a miniature killing spree this past weekend, since I had several bottles down to the last pours. Hitting the bin were:SAOS9 PS BP - Really gonna miss this one as barrel proof SAOS is hard to come by in NC.MM46CS (375) - Luckily, I have another in reserve, and I kept the bottle since I dipped it myself.MMCS (750) - Kinda want to replace this if I can find a good price on a bottle because it's a really good pour to have available.WT101 (375) - Killed this one real quick like from start-to-finish at my buddy's farm when we were working on replacing the clutch in his 4Runner. mbroo5880i
I have been in a "thinning the herd" mode lately. Finished off a SOAS 9 yr barrel proof (98.6 proof) over the weekend. I felt like a mid-week drink tonight so I finished off a bottle of WTR101 (old version).

elmossle
Finished the last pour of an EC12SB from a year or two ago. It is a bit sweeter on the finish than the standard EC12 and smooth as silk. Great news is there are a few more in the bunker to enjoy.
