Finally parted this week with a Blanton's and a Four Roses Store Select OBSF (120 proof, 11 years, 1 month). We grew to be friends over a period of months, so saying good-bye was difficult.

There may have been tears...

Finished the last pour from a Russell's Reserve Single Barrel. I really like this stuff and I think it's going to take the place of Rare Breed in my rotation.

ER10 Harlan Wheatley Selection. A winner on the satisfaction scale and on the value scale. Wish I knew enough at the time to have stocked up.

2014 GTS & FR 15 OESK both hit the bin tonight. Sad but those last char filled pours are wonderful.

I think I have two bottles left of that Harlan Wheatley selection. That is a very good Eagle Rare.

I think I will pull a "Shot in the Dark" ER10 private barrel from the same store to replace it.

Yeah, I think I have one or two of those around as well. Haven't been there in forever though.

Lost a Weller 12 this evening with friends. Sad to see it go, but the good news is there is plenty more in the box in the basement.

Enjoying the last pour of a PHC6 66.6 tonight. Sad to see it go since I'm not likely to see another. Glad to have had it though

A little heavy handed drinking this past week... OF Sig, KC, KC rye and CEHT BP (127.2). All purchased and consumed while spending a little time on the gulf coast of FL.

Finished off a Stagg Jr. 132.2 "with a little help from my friends". A very good bourbon. Glad I have a back-up.

not sure how I should feel about returning to this thread only to find that I was the last one to post here, but nevertheless...

polished off an Old Forester Single Barrel from South Lyndale Liquors (Minneapolis) this evening. I live in San Francisco, but was visiting a friend in MPLS earlier this year and he took me to that shop. If you're ever in that town be sure to pay them a visit. Killer selection, and they've got an entire wall of open bottles that you can sample from for free.

This OFSB was quite delicious, I must say.

Finished another ECBP.

And opened another 133.2/66.6. Drinking a nice pour now.

Still my favorite and daily pour with SB blend.
