Hahaha :)

ECBP is so yummy I could almost consider it.

This one didn't go through my bunker move that well, but still taste great.

2 or 3 year old bottle of Bulleit last night. I'd set this aside for a LONG time because I grew tired of it. But this was honestly much better than I remember. From open to empty in a little over a week.

OF 86 last night. I'm going to keep the empty around as a reminder not to buy more. Really not my cup of tea, had to power through the last 4-5 pours.

I just said goodbye to a Booker's and a SAOS BP rye the other night. They will be missed, but others will take their places.

On Thanksgiving Day, I finished a CGF WT 12.  I opened a pewter top WTKS to ease the pain, and a good therapeutic agent it is.

The Gold Foil WT is some of the best bourbon I've ever had. That's a tough bottle to say goodbye to. Your replacement bottle is no slouch either. Well done on both of those!

An Angel's Envy bit the dust last night.  But I didn't kill it.  My wife has suddenly developed a fondness for AE and ginger ale.

Well after being unemployed for 7 months. I now have an Empty Bunker :(

Time to start from scratch again. On the plus. I know what I will rebuy and what I will not rebuy. WSR is out and that's about it. :D

Been trying to cut back lately (spending, not drinking :) ) especially since it's the holidays. So I'm working my way tbrough my open bottles. Four Roses SB and Old Forester SIG just hit the recycle bin.  A bottle of Larceny is next on the chopping block.

Killed a bottle of Four Roses Single Barrel. This particular bottle developed a very interesting Gin-like note in the last two month. Kind of orange cest meets juniper. Irritating when I first noticed but the last couple of pours I really enjoyed it. Empty now on FRSB. Need new ones...

Bought and finished a bottle of Old Forester 1897 this week (had a little help). My buddy and I agreed that it's a really good $30 bottle of bourbon, along the lines of a good store-selected Henry McKenna.

It's too bad they price this at $50.
