berto Posted December 17, 2023 Share Posted December 17, 2023 Sat in on a zoom tasting a few nights ago. We powered through nine samples over two hours. Our host was an independent bottler/importer out of Boston called Raising Glasses. Really nice folks and obviously passionate. About half the tasting was various rums they selected and bottled. Cask finished Four Square was tasted as was rum from Venezuela and Thailand! The standout for me was a 16 yr Beenleigh from Australia. Had to have it.
