My understanding is that this is a blended/vatted malt-- although it's not stated on this front label (2014 bottling) as it is on the European versions I've seen. I assume the absence of the term SINGLE is all they needed to comply. No idea of the malt components as I think Ben Nevis is Nikka's only distillery holding in Scotland. Yes, it was quite the entertaining experience last night. It’s on the shelf next to the G&M Cask Strength Ardmore.
