Just returned from my local retailer where I requested she try to reserve a bottle or two of Tribute and she called her distributor. She was told that the majority of this offering was being distributed on the east coast and that if available it would be around the holidays. Not knowing the price or case size, I boldly told her if she could get a case I would guarantee its sale. Here's hoping I haven't just mortgaged my home.

I sent in a WA state special order form requesting a case of Tribute and a case of 2005 Stagg. I sent this forms in before and have not had a response, so I'm not holding my breath.

A lot depends on how / when the various distributors place their orders. Over 200 of the available 800 cases have shipped. Some distributors may not be placing their orders until later, but it's hard to imagine they'd wait until November. We'll see...

That's a good point , Tim. I'm taking a wait and see on this one, It's getting easier by far for me to control the knee jerk wallet grabbing reflex. Hell at a Hundred bucks they are doing the work for me.

Not sure how true this may be but I just got word that the state of KY has been alloted 50 cases of the Tribute and 38 are already sold... I am still trying to find out if a case of these is 12, 6, or 3 bottles but I would guess either 6 or 12...

Also it was described to me as a Russells Reserve 15 year old Tribute. Since I have not seen a bottle yet I wonder if it resembles a bottle of RR 10yo in any way...
