Was lucky enough to stumble on these yesterday at MSRP. One I'll open on my birthday next month, and the other is a gift for my father.

I am not sure I understand the pricing on the Spot stuff these days but I hope you enjoy it!

I hear you, the Green Spot Cheateaus were next to this for $25 more. I paid $130 for Gold Spot. a year ago at the same store both Cheateaus were $80.  Hell Yellow Spot is $120 around here now.

Glenfiddich 12 yr.  Not the most exciting pick up seen here, but the nice Costco price coupled with the fact that it’s one of my favorite everydayer scotches, makes it noteworthy…for me, at least…😂😂

Well, on the recommendation of several of you, kept an eye open for Red Dot Irish whiskey.  Found one in Ohio at $150.  A little spendy, we'll see if it measures up once it finds it way down to PR.  My basis for comparison are the Red Breast 12 & 15's, both commonly found at my parents' place for decades.

Laphroaig 10 yr sherry cask.  It was the only bottle that held any interest for me at Costco.  I passed on it last week but couldn’t resist this week.

Decided to pick up the Offerman Charred Oak Cask today, on a whim.   I admit, the well done box is what caught my eye and took me over to its space on the aisle, but good experiences with the other Offermans and my total adoration for Lag 16 (in my All-Time Top 5 of any whiskey from anywhere), sealed the deal.

Just showed up for $99 at liquorlineup in Vegas.  Not sure how good of a price that is.  They'll hold for people who are visiting Vegas later.  They delivered 12 bottles (ECBP & Larceny BP) to my hotel for $7 flat plus tip to driver.

I'd be tempted to get that bottle except that I'm already getting The Wifey Stinkeye for the, umm, 30+ bottles I already got in Vegas.  More of which later.

I'm an Islay whiskey whore and we are in complete agreement  on the 16 year. I love, love, LOVE it!

I was gifted an Offerman bottle, (the one finished in a Guinness cask), but have yet to crack it.

I'm sure that it's very good and you won't be disappointed.

A friend in Tampa picked up a couple of bottles of Gold Spot for me at $125 per (the Total Wines in that area have a lot of it right now, seems like a good price), plus a few extra for a friend who loves that series.  I have not tried it yet.  The Puerto Rico Mule Train will have it down here in early December.  If it's anything like the Red Spot, I'm gonna love it.

The brown truck dropped off a Ledaig 18 and a Ledaig 2012 Bordeaux Red Wine Cask Matured.  They were impulse buys.  Something about a sale, a favorable exchange rate, and free shipping made me do it.  Two bottles for what the 18 costs here.

Anybody else catch wind of the free shipping from Bunnahabbhain's online store?

Ordered five bottles of scotch direct from Islay for delivery to CT; something I've never done before!

Cant wait to try the 12y CS and 2021 Moine.  Merry Christmas to Me!

No idea how long it will take to get here; figuring a few weeks at least.  The suspense is delicious.

Picked up the Diageo 2022 special release 11 year Talisker. Says it's lightly seated, which I like. Hope its like the unpeated Coal Ila special releases of a few years ago. Those I like a lot

Spent the weekend in Edinburgh, trying some good drams, beers and food. The Glenrothes I tried in a bar and saw the next day in Royal Mile Whiskies.
