I gotta say that over the last year or so, I’ve deviated a little from my norm. In the past I’ve tried to keep my open bottle count to around 12-14 bottles. I’ve found a few more decent bottle’s lately, so I decided to throw caution to the wind. The peat can be overwhelming for some, but usually also has a nice sweetness to it. It'll ruin your palate for anything else, so stick to it for the session, or have it last.
