That is the collection of unopened bottles - dusties that can't be replaced, and stuff I got while the getting was good, waiting to go on deck. I never got into the practice of having more than a half dozen or so open at any given time. Here's what's in the cabinet: Four Roses 1.75L J.W. RT Fan Posted March 24 Share Posted March 24 I usually keep 6 open bottles in my liquor cabinet. Of late they have been, Woodford, Angel’s Envy. Makers Mark, Willett, 4R Single barrel and Old Forester 1910. Considering I am the only bourbon drinker in the house and we do not get a lot of guests through the winter, I was thinking of cutting this back to 4 or so.
