Attila Posted August 4, 2008 Share Posted August 4, 2008 I just opened a bottle of Very Old St. Nick Winter Rye and I hope that it gets better as it has time to air (like I feel my Eliajah Craig 12 yr. bottle did), because this stuff tastes predominantly like sherry, with a little bit of tabacco, a touch of black licorice, char, and leather. Besides our differences in preferred taste, it may be a big difference over time as well I guess. Maybe its not even made at the same distillery.Saw on your profile that you like to deadlift.
