I've passed on the light wood so far.I added my bottles and updated the list with the posts since the last version.I noticed a couple interesting things. First, you often see neighborly barrels being filled in order. For example, look at April of 2000. One could guess at the missing dates. One of my bottles happened to show that they did not necessarily finish bottling an entire barrel in one day.
