I know how you feel.

Someday one of us will buy into a bar and stock its 'specialty' section with their bunker. It'd probably be the best way to recoup the investment of all those bottles (especially the open ones).

I visited a bar in Vegas called the Freakin' Frog that had a 'Whiskey Attic' that had formerly been a club but now seems to be the collection of the proprieter. It totally looked like a bunker brought into a public setting. There was a wide selection, with many limited releases and dusties, and only 1 or 2 bottles of each one.

It is definately young and a bit sharp. Very little finish. The taste is not bad, just pretty average.
