I now have 19 bottles of the BTAC. I finished a couple bottles this summer, but I managed to find a few here and there to replace them.

2-06 ER17

1-07 ER17

1-08 ER17

1-09 ER17

3-09 GTS

2-05 WLW

1-06 WLW

4-07 WLW

1-08 WLW

3-09 WLW

After tasting this years WLW and GTS, I can hardly wait for them to arrive in my area. Hopefully I'll be able to get a couple bottles of WLW, GTS and ER 17. Cheers! Joe

At this stage of the game, the BTAC score card reads:

Grag's Friend: 95 bottles

cigarNV: 58 + 12 opened

ACDetroit: 55

Virus-of-life: 40

barturtle: 36

ggilbertva: 33

Luv2hunt: 25-30

Blue robot: 22

jburlowski: 22

Illfarmboy: 20

OscarV: 17

The rest of us are just amateurs!.

TJ

And I was feeling guilty for saying I would take all 3 of this years Stagg offered to me. Looking at some of those numbers I don't feel so bad now

I WANT to have a ton of it bunkered, hell, I want to own a SINGLE bottle of it, but for all my efforts, it's IMPOSSIBLE to find the stuff in LA, Seattle, or Portland for anything less than $90-100/bottle....so I got nada. :hot:

ER 17 =3

No Ryes.....

Grace and Cayman love to play in the narrow paths between the pallets. The basement is almost full.

3.5

One opened 2006 Saz18

One unopened 2008 ER17

One unopened 2009 GTS

One unopened 2009 Saz18

And that's probably going to be it, unless prices come down. The 2009s were $77 here in OR. I'm sure that the 2010s would have been even higher if we'd gotten any 2010s.

i have all three wlw 19yr, all the staggs and all the wlwsb, i've cracked all of them except the 2000 and 2002 wlw19. imo, the wlw19 is easily the best, having tasted only the 2001, but i assume the 2000 and 2002 are pretty similar

Other than just one Weller 19, I have at least one bottle of everything in BTAC collection for every year. That will be broken this year.

For 2010, with the price now at $70 plus tax a bottle here in Houston, I decided I would buy only a bottle or two of my favorites. This would be the WLW and the Stagg. However, it looks like they hit Houston a little early this year and but time I made to store with largest allocation, it was all gone. I might find them at another store, but you know what....if I don't I will not be at all disappointed.

I picked up 4 bottles of ER17 and 1 WLW today. WLW was $50 and the ER17 were $53 each. I tasted some ER17 last year and loved it, but this was my first taste of WLW. I guess I'll have to search for more!
