Mr doctor said "just relax, you don't have to worry until you feel both my hands on your shoulders".

Relaxing was out of the question after that.

Jeffersons Presidents Select. When I finish up midnights the end of the week, I'll be opening this baby up!

Evan Williams Single barrel 1999 and Russell Reserve 90. Looking to expand my bourbon collection.

I'm searching threads on my own, but any suggestions are kindly appreciated.

2* VWFRR-F, 2* WT 101 1/3 litre bottles from the first half of the 90-is, Dickel barrel select, and Dickel Cascade Hallow. All came from a very small online store in Belgium.

I also had a nice haul today. My (almost) local store just received part of their BTAC allotment. I came away with an 09 GTS, an 09 WLW, and a new NAS OWA. Joe

Jim Beam Black 750 ML with 2 (rather small) rocks glasses for $18.99 at the PA state store. Also grabbed a 1.75 of Ezra Brooks.

I purchased some of the new(?) Ten High bourbon blend for 9.99 a liter. Its not bad in my opinion, but I'm not as experienced as other sippers here and my palate is not as sensitive.

In the end the only palate that matters is YOURS. Enjoy your 10H Blend!

Wathen's (bottled 9/5/08) for $26.49. This smells, tastes and lingers deliciously. Best Heaven Hill juice I've had.

Last Sunday, while Da Bears were being pounded, I fled to a liquor-monger where I had previously sighted a real tax stamped "1795 Bonded Beam" hiding out behind a glass case amongst old single malts. Upon closer inspection it's an 8 year old with the red ink on the stamp readable for the bottled date as fall 1970. It's in a funky cannon type bottle and negotiated a price south of what BTAC's are going for.

Got a set of the BTAC; afraid at these prices, this may be the last splurge on a set. I may have to scale back to only the bourbons next year.
