SMOWK
Still hoping to get some good rye, though. Will probably order a Rittenhouse soon, as I've never tried it.
sgtgto
Anyone else use the excuse of holidays getting close to justify buying extra bottles if you find a deal?
ILLfarmboy
I picked up another Maker's 46 today while re-uping on cough drops, cough syrup and antihistamines. Tomorrow will be day number seven and hopefully I'll feel like having a drink tomorrow night.
DanG
Drinking the Ritt BIB right now. Great stuff. There are always a few on hand. I have yet to see a "drought" of the stuff, but I'm prepared.Problem is, I'm in Germany, so it's a bit tougher to find. Cheapest I've seen online is €20 (about $28) before shipping, which is usually another €5-7 per order. I've spent well over €200 online in booze just in the last 2 days, so I don't want to place another big order... and €25 or $35 for a bottle of Rittenhouse seems too steep! kickert
Found some Eagle Rare (10/90) for $24 in Wisconsin. Since that is about $8 cheaper than I usually see here in KY, I picked it up.
smokinjoe
Stopped at a local store today to pick up some beer for a neighborhood party tonight, and decided I'd grab up an EC12 to take with me. Another wonderful $20 pour. In other news, Pappy has hit the shelves, but the prices are whacked. Lot B = $57, 15 yr. = $70, 20 yr.= $100 (decent price), 23 yr. = $300, 10 yr/90 pr. = $39, 10 yr/107 = $50. I'll wait, and look elsewhere to get my fix. harshest
When the wife goes on a trip I usually get a new bottle of bourbon to help deal with the stress of taking care of the kids alone, today I though I would try OF Signature.
docbible
Picked up the PH 10yo wheat. I like it with ice, it does have a burn. There is one still left on the shelf in the cellar at McScrooges. I only mention in hopes someone picks it up before i get back. My name is Tim and I have a bourbon addiction. Step one complete

B.B. Babington
...We're having fun and that's all that counts.exactly right! I'm glad you're enjoying it. For some, it becomes an obsession to have the grandest collection; for others, it becomes a job and then a chore. As long as it's fun, all is good.I just killed a Weller 107 myself. That was fun. Thank goodness, not everything I like is hard to find! For instance, a Baby Saz and an EC18 have both died by my hand just recently...

Vosgar
Bought an OWA with the age statement today. I've read the back and forth commentary on NAS vs age stated and only know that I have both and enjoy both. However, I figured it can't hurt to buy the older version when I see it.
