White Dog
Another Vintage 21 Rye for $69.99. They're really drying up in Wisconsin. I'll keep buying them until they're all gone, or my wife divorces me, whichever comes first.

fishnbowljoe
Here's a pic of my purchases from the weekend. I didn't really plan on doing any hunting. I just stopped in a couple of stores here and there. Uhhhh, I take that back. I guess I did plan on stopping at Kahn's. Joe

fishnbowljoe
What are those two on the right?Wine. I stopped at a winery near Bloomington Indiana that is owned and operated by a couple that were college friends of my sister. I didn't know them that well, but it was still nice seeing them again. They have a pretty nice place. PM me if you want a link to their website. Joe

Typical midwest winery - cold tolerant vitis labrusca and labrusca/vinifera hybrids. Some of these aren't bad, but not really my cup of tea, er, wine. jfw
Parker Heritage 10 yr wheated. My first bottle seems to be disappearing rapidly (go figure), so I picked up another one while they are available. For the MD'ers, they have it a Bay Ridge Wine and Spirits in Annapolis. nivto
Elijah Craig 12 year and Old Grand Dad 114Both are new pours for me, so I'm looking forward to them once I polish off a couple others and make some room. On a more disappointing note, it seems like our main liquor store in town here is having a very hard time getting any winkles or btac on the shelf. He said to call back in a couple of weeks, but there was a very strong hint of frustration with BT in his words.

A nice shop with great selection. They have all of the PHC family there, if I recall (I visited last week). The prices weren't too great, though. I think it goes like this -- you can either have great prices or great selection. It's hard to hold onto the good stuff when you sell it at bargain prices! hectic1
Nice to find older ones. My last 2 tasted like bad medicine and I still have one open and 1 bunkered. I won't buy again.... was one of my favs.Yeah I have a couple 08's in the bunker and I wasn't too impressed with them to tell you the truth...they were pretty one dimensional. Hopefully these will be better as I haven't been buying them b/c of my last 08 bottle.

callmeox
Recent acquisitions include a case of 2010 Sazerac 18 and a pair of older Rebel Yell 750's to match the handle I picked up in KY in September. I hope that they share the same delicious juice that is in the family size bottle that we cracked open there.
