Picked up a ORVW 10/90, last one they had on the shelf, and a 2000 EWSB, also the last 2000 they had before a shelf full of 2001's.

Package arrived at work today:

2011 WLW

2010 WLW

2011 Saz18 X 2

2010 ER17

Pappy 15

Pappy 20

I thought the ER would be 2011 but it was 2010. Think I'm done with BTAC and ORVW hunting until holiday season again haha...

Time for a San Diego SB tasting at your place!

Picked up a maker's 46 because it had a free hat on it and a Firefly Sweet Tea Bourbon because it had a free visor on it. Also picked up a Blue State, probably nasty at $13 but fun to look at.

I found a store that carried it, and I picked up my first bottle of Ritt BIB today. Can't wait to try it! Just now starting on ryes folks. They also had some OWA that I passed on, but there were plenty for next time.

The Ritt BIB seems to be everywhere these days. Hope it stays that way. A few months ago, I couldn't find a bottle to save my life. It is great stuff, especially if you are just starting to venture into rye from bourbon (like me). I think you will enjoy.

Picked up some FR OBSV 16yr Barrel #4's today...

Bob - does that mean they restocked the Gift Shop with a new barrel? I've only cracked a bottle from barrel #3 for a small taste, but really enjoyed it. It's a hell of a bargain too.

LOL...I think if we were to view the security video footage from the FR Gift Shop that they would be pointing at you vs. me! :skep:

I was up in Texarkana AR today and picked up a Rock Town Young Bourbon and an Early Times 100 proof. Both 375's, both not found around my local area.

Picked up a bottle of High West Double Rye at a tasting in Northwest DC tonight. Absolutely fantastic stuff, and it has replaced the Beam Ri1 as my favorite rye whiskey...no I haven't tried any of the Sezarac stuff yet, just not available around here. But this one seriously blows the Ri1, Bulleit, Beam, Old Overholt, and Pikesville ryes I've enjoyed out of the water, no question whatsoever.

Yesterday pickup some Bulleit, today bottle of OWA and JB Devils Cut. This is my first bottle of Devils Cut, purchased it after the cute girl at the store was giving out shots.

So, you fell for the old "cute girl giving out shots trick", huh? Yeah, that's why I'm the proud owner of 9 cases of Bourbon Supreme... Of course my girl needed the money to pay for her sick grandma's operation...

There's a picture floatin' around somewhere on here of the Devil's Cut Girls...

Grabbed a Pappy 15 and 20 that had been waiting at a store since December for the people who put them on hold...their lose is my gain I guess!
