I'm smoking thru 18 high end Cubans sold to me by a friend. I'm a little more than half way through. I am getting thoroughly spoiled by these superb cigars......but somebody's gotta do it.

Hemingway short story to celebrate the US's glorious defeat. Great effort at the end.

Herrera Esteli. Too early(for me) for bourbon. Later.....

Perdomo Exhibicion. Nice earthy maduro taste initially followed by some light baking spice. Nice even burn and a solid all around smoke.

I've been taking advantage of the good weather and enjoying Perdomo sampler packs (maduro and sungrown) as well as Monte #2's.

Had a Drew Estate's event at the local store yesterday. Picked up

a box of CyB Lonsdales. I just LOVE that size and the flavour stands up to

most bourbons, for me.

I like that cigar in that size but I haven't actually tried it with bourbon yet. I haven't actually found a cigar that stood up well to bourbons yet:(

I have some of those sized CyBs in my humi, I'll have to try that soon. Thanks for sharing.

A Monte 2 this afternoon. There was a reason it was the cigar of the year and I have more of these then anything else.

Best regards, Tony

Perdomo Corojo on the veranda this fine evening. This is a well balanced smoke, in a sungrown wrapper, pairing quite well with my first three finger pour. :bandit:

Smoked a couple of excellent Havana Monte Cristos of different sizes last weekend to celebrate once again avoiding the stampeding toro bravos.
