OGD114 and none in the bunker! Gonna have to fix this error and keep a better tab on the bunker.

Healthy pour of WR Double Oaked finished the bottle off. I need no support as I'm glad it's finally gone.

Sent a 750 of Mellow Corn to the bin. I like having a bottle around, but I'm not ready to commit to a long-term relationship with a plastic (ugh) handle of it (which is all I can find here) so it looks like I'll have to wait until the holidays for a replacement. I'm also considering a detour through Alabamer for some Dixie Dew.

Buy the handle, decant into the 750, decant the rest into a different (glass) handle.

I finished off a liquor barn EWSB 2003 this weekend that was just fantastic. I think it was series 3 barrel 5, but it could have been the other way around. That being said, it was a great bottle top to bottom.

Finished off an OCPR 13y. I've been nursing it for over a year, and thought tonight it's time to pull the plug on it.

Great, great, great whiskey. A tough one to put down, for sure...

Yes it was Joe. But I do have another in the bunker. I may hold it for my son. (He is only 11)

No, not 21. We are in Louisiana. If you can put the money on the bar, you are old enough

Having a big pour of 2013 4RSBLE to clear it out and make room.

Same here! I think I will head down to the Four Roses gift shop tomorrow to find a new bottle to take its place .

I am drinking the last pour from a bottle of JPS17 batch 3 that's been open for 3+ years, I think. Back from the good old days when I could still pluck BTAC and PVW from the shelves year round. This was my first pricey bottle of bourbon ($65, IIRC), and was the reason I found SB.com.

Finished off a special one tonight. Binny's EC18. One of my all time favorites. I don't think I'll be lucky enough to have this one again, but you never know. If I had a time machine this is one that I'd go back a few years for and buy a case. For the price then it was highway robbery.

Based on the font, I'd say that was distilled in '90 or '91 and bottled in '11 or '12. I don't recall seeing any Binny's bottles distilled after 1992, so the ones from 2011/2012 were 19-22 years old.

All of the Binny's EC18s were good, but one of my favorite all time HH expressions was Binny's EC18 distilled 5/15/92. That was bottled in 2010 and the hand selected font was larger and I think italicized. I still have a few of those in my bunker, so perhaps you will taste it someday...

Tough, tough loss. 9 yr 125 proof wheater. Luckily one in the bunker. If this was Twitter I would probably add #willettslut:grin:
