I believe 1792 Ridgemont Reserve is still 8 years old.

Interesting that about a third of the list hails from Beam.

It has just recently lost its age statement apparently around the same time VOB did.

I figure that's why the age statement was moved to the back label in the first place where it would be less noticeable by it's absence.

The things you miss being off the internet for a few days.

Buck Bourbon, I keep forgetting about that one. Born on the banks of Old Whiskey River where it grew a cool label and inflated price.

Yes, a buddy of mine who's a big deer hunter brought one by my office for one of my tastings. Not bad as I recall, didn't take notes, my recollection is of a Heaven Hill product but I never made a direct comparison or even bought one because I thought it overpriced for a simple "theme" Bourbon.

Is Very Special Old Fitzgerald 12 year still produced. If so, in what states is it available?

Definitely available in Ky and a nice alternative to W12. Even works well in the SB.blend.

I would certainly give it a shot if it were available in Texas.

Updated to add Jeffers Creek. Has anyone actually tried this one? While it's only an 80-proofer, I think it's interesting in that it's 1.) age stated, and 2.) lists the barrels used in the batch on the label.

Does the neck label say "aged 6 years" or does it just have a 6??. If its just a "6" then it's no longer 6yrs old . there is an active thread with pics you should check out

Should ECBP be included? It states 12 years on the back label.

While that one is age stated, I didn't include it on the list because it's not a regular, everyday release. It's not an annual release, but only available periodically in limited quantities. If everyone thinks it's regular enough to be included let me know and I'll add it.

Me!!

My local store started stocking it a while ago. Tried it and decided it was decent. I've been keeping it on hand and using it as my "go to" for when I'm in one of those "too lazy to work my brain to decide what I want" moods.

Good evening all,

I ran across (but did not pick up) a couple bottles of 90 proof Heaven Hill bourbon with a stated age of 6 years old in Richmond, VA.
