It's 6-8 yr old barrel proof whiskey that's available with no hassle. I always have it around. Some batches are knock your socks off and some are go hum. For 35, I'd have no reservations. At the end of the day though, my opinion is just that, you have to experience yourself to know.

$60 here in Seattle and then you add our insane taxes.

For $35? What are you waiting for? Get on that right now.

Holy crap, $35, send me a PM and share the wealth on your shop, I don't think I've ever seen it for less than $55.

Now that I think about it, I bet that this guy means Baker's and not Booker's. I just can't believe Booker's would be that cheap anywhere.

Booker's can be found that cheap in Minnesota according to Boots so maybe Dave is also from MN?

I stand corrected then!

Damn, a $35 Booker's would be my go-to. :yum:

cheapest Ive ever seen it was $43, and I have it regularly for that....but its usually $45ish here. Easily available barrel proof 7ish year old bourbon....its very respectably priced either way

$93 locally

Just started buying it recently after a couple years off it, I think a had a couple poor bottles and it turned me off,, then KC dragged me back into the JB family and now I dont mind it again, not many barrel proof options in Australia so I am finally apprciating it for what it is.

Booker's is good stuff, especially if you can find one of the round table batches (e.g. 2013-6, 2013-7, 2014-4, etc.). At $35/each I'd probably buy a case!

I saw it for $33 in Dallas last week, mentioned it in the "What bourbon did you pass on?" thread. Cheapest I had ever seen it. The more I think about it, the more I just might go back to grab one even though I really don't need it at all.

Yes, Minnesota. Looks like I will be picking one up.

I've never been a huge Booker's fan, especially at the $59.99 price around here. But I loved the Booker's 25 and look forward to trying a non limited bottle again. At $35 I would keep it stocked for sure.

$35 Booker's + Batch 2013-6 = major bunkerage for me. As it is, I have a couple bunkered at like $48 or thereabouts. Certainly a buy at $35, and if you like it, stock up.

Im still finding 2013-6 and 7s around KC but they are right at $50.

2013-6 is great, I've been putting them in the bunker every chance I get.

$50 in Chicago. The only way he's getting it for $35 is if he's living in 1997. Minnesota? So I'm right, he is living in 1997.

Wrong...1999, you must not be a Prince fan.

Couldn't agree more. In fact I wanted a bottle in Brisbane duty free this week, but there was none in the arrival shop :(

I'd love to try higher end JB stuff, Can't even get the JB Black 8year old here...Only 6.

Bookers is $70.00 where I can find it...Is that really not worth buying because of that price? And JB Black 6 year is $29.00.

Wow...the disparity in price is crazy...$32 to $70...is 51% corn distillate that varied ?

Makers mark $45.00

Devils Cut $35.00

Jim Beam White $27.00

Seems awful expensive to buy Bourbon on this island...And those are just the basic ones.

For $35 I would drink Booker's everyday. I love it. If you like Beam whiskies, its the best of the best. I think its a top rate bourbon and a godsend in an era where everything special and barrel proof can't be found on the shelves. Look out especially for the recent round-table releases. Should be labeled as batch 2013-6 and 2013-7. Really good stuff!
