dSculptor
I wonder how much less they could sell it for without the fancy box? I for one don't need it.
squire
The box is my only objection. I once asked a merchant "how much without the box"?He actually said, I kid you not, "Can't do that, got no need for the box"."Me neither" I replied.

He had to pay for the box, too, and what WOULD he do with it?

dSculptor
How about a return credit for the boxes? I see no reason they couldn't be reused, otherwise they're just a waste of resources.
Kyjd75
When I buy Booker's I have the store remove the bottle from the box and throw the box away (except for the 25th anniversary editions).
GerryM
My store removes the box before it goes on the shelf for $38.99For me, Booker's and FR barrel strength run neck and neck as my favorite pours. I've got 4 25th anniversary's in the bunker along with a constant 3-4 regular release bottles for security, preferably round table selections. mosugoji64
A recent Caskers email featured an image of Booker's with a cardboard box. Are they getting rid of the wooden display box?
TunnelTiger
Getting rid of the wood and raising the price too, well at least in my neck of the woods.
Golzee
Can anyone tell me what the old Batch numbering system means?. I have a bottle of C00-A-20. I've read that the C stands for Clermont, and that the numbers following it are the year it was distilled. I have no idea what the A-20 means...
