I like RR10 also. Hadn't heard about a label change, though. But nothing changing to the juice (so far)?

They submitted new label designs to the TTB but it's still 10 year / 90 proof.

Saw the new label today and did a double take....sure looks different.

One must have? ETL...or Weller 12....or EHT SiB....or OWA...or...Old FitzBIB if I could ever find it again

Good to hear they weren't changing the label to read:

10 * (out of 10, it's delicious)

90 proof (if you add 10 to the actual proof of 80)

Interesting things about the new labels:

The "Small Batch Single Barrel" is now labeled as just "Single Barrel". In fact, none of the labels mention "small batch" anywhere on them.

They now have both Jimmy and Eddie Russell's signatures on them as master distillers.

On the COLA for the Russell's Reserve Rye, the TTB gave it a classification of Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Oops?

It all looks so far so good for the RR 10. Even better if WT is getting rid of SmB and SB on the same bottle which never made any sense.

Eddie Russell told me last year that the "Small Batch" on the label was a marketing screw up he missed when that label came out. So no surprise they are fixing it now.

I approached this question like someone from the 70's, with today's availability. Got paid Friday, went to the store to pick up a bottle to help make it through the week or two ahead. I would go for a bonded OGD or Old Fo. Whichever is available at the corner store.

Probably cannot afford it, but I would like to try some of the Pappy's.

4RSB definitely and for a mixer or everyday bourbon I would say BT or WT101.

I always have a Dickel 12, a Bulleit and a Bulleit Rye, and usually a 4RSmB. Almost always available and reasonably priced.

FRSiB, EC12, OGDBIB

WP is turning into something I would like to always have but don't...
